|1 lb. skinless chicken thighs|
|1/3 cup Greek yogurt|
|One lemon juice|
|1 Tbsp. chop garlic|
|1/4 to 1/2 cup kalamata olives|
|1 to 2 Tbsp olive oil|
|1 Tsp oregano|
|salt and pepper according to taste|
- Take a medium sized Skillet, drop olive oil on it. Heat should be medium-high.
- When pan becomes hot, put chicken thighs in it, sprinkle some salt and paper and cook it for 5 to 6 minutes or until chicken becomes Brown.
- Flip chicken and repeat the same process.
- Check the temperature of chicken becomes 165 degrees.
- Remove chicken from pan and cover it with foil.
- In the same pan add chopped garlic and lemon juice, stir it for 1 minute.
